I am an outpatient physical therapist at Aurora. I treat orthopedic conditions and also have my certificate of achievement in pelvic physical therapy. What I enjoy most about being a physical therapist is getting to know my patients and improving their quality of life.
What has YPF done for your personal and/or professional development?
YPF has helped me become more involved in the community and made me more aware of all that Fond du Lac has to offer.
Who or what is your source of professional inspiration?
I’ve always wanted to be in the medical field because I have a passion for helping people. I also enjoy teaching just as much as my clinical work. My older sister is a nurse practitioner, has her PhD in Nursing, and is also a professor so she has definitely inspired me to always strive for more professionally.

What is your favorite thing to do in the Fond du Lac area?
Spending time at Lakeside Park with my husband and children.
What words of wisdom do you have for other young professionals working in Fond du Lac?
Get out there and network! We are fortunate to have so many wonderful young professionals in our community. Networking is great because you get to meet new people and learn more about what the community has to offer. It’s also important to be passionate about your career and never stop pushing yourself to achieve your goals.
