About the presenter: Sue Roettger
Sue Roettger is the Vice President of Human Resources at Mid-States Aluminum. She has been with Mid-States for 11 years and prior to that was Human Resources Manager for Kohler Company. Before her current career in human resources Sue worked for 12 years in mental health roles doing crisis intervention, working with homeless moms and their kids, and working with runaways and their families. Sue has a BS Degree in Psychology and Biology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a MS Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University. She has been married to her husband Dave for 35 years and they have two daughters.
