About Tammy Duchow:
Having started in front of the camera as a model for multi-million-dollar brands like Guess?™, Ralph Lauren™ and Calvin Klein™, Tammy had the opportunity to work with some of the best brand teams and ad agencies around the world. She continued her brand-building journey as the eCommerce Director for multi-billion-dollar Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and became a successful professional trainer. After that she established and managed social media customer care for Fortune 500 Company, Johnson & Johnson, and worked alongside 25 household name brands like Neutrogena®, JOHNSON’s® Baby, Aveeno®, etc. From gathering, managing, and analyzing engaging consumer feedback data into better product development and the overall brand story, she brings deep insight into the vastly important role that customer loyalty plays in brand building.
From her role building big brands for 20+ years, Tammy applied her online skills to bring a company’s mediocre sales of $300,000 per month to over $3 million per month in less than a year, and in 2016 launched an Amazon course and software package to replicate this process which grossed over $1 million in sales. Currently, she’s launching her own private label brands of products she’s passionate about, and teaching other people how to do the same.
