YPWeek: Bellringer Workout with YPF
YPWeek is a weeklong platform for discovery, adventure and meaningful conversations about the issues that matter among young professionals in Wisconsin. Fond du Lac is a part of this exciting statewide initiative and we’ll be hosting an event every day of the week, April 11 – 18. From exploring the Fond du Lac community to meeting new people and volunteering, the planned programming will be a great way to experience all that YPF has to offer. YPF Workout – Bellringer Kickbox Fitness
Join YPF as we check out one of Fond du Lac’s newest fitness addictions – Bellringer Kickbox Fitness. Bellringer offers a fast and fun approach to fitness. Because of its circuit training model, there are no class times. A new workout begins every 3 minutes. Each kickboxing-based workout is “full body” and you’re in and out in just 30 minutes. The workouts change daily so there is no chance of boredom, and the folks at Bellringer can keep the workout fun and stimulating.
YPF will be kicking and hitting our way to a healthy day! We’ll be at Bellringer Fitness from 9 – 10 a.m. Members can come in at any time and jump into the 30-minute exercise cycle. Meet new people, try something new and leave sweating and smiling.
Don’t be afraid to try something new! No experience or endurance level required. At Bellringer, every workout is planned for you, and that is where their trainers come to work. Depending upon your physical condition, just starting out or a seasoned veteran, a trainer assesses you as you go. Every muscle group gets worked at every visit. Depending upon your needs, a trainer will either increase or decrease the workout intensity to make sure each and every workout stretches your individual physical limits.
