What do you enjoy the most about your current position?
The position offers new and exciting challenges every day which require different strategies to achieve the end goal. Each day is new and rewarding.
What is the one thing you would do if you knew you could not fail?
Can I say retire? …Just kidding! I have a lot I can do yet. If I knew failure would never happen I would build a business which combines my love for being outdoors, good drinks, gardening and varieties of music so that I can share those joys with others.
How has YPF contributed to your personal and/or professional development?
YPF has allowed my leadership skills to develop both inside and outside my roles held. I credit YPF with the bulk of my development as a professional and the confidence it has given me to succeed.
Who or what is your source of professional inspiration?
Inspiration comes from a number of different aspects but the most prevalent would be knowing accomplishments the teams I am involved in are for the betterment of our community and lives of those we help.
What is your favorite thing to do in the Fond du Lac area?
We enjoy attending the many events held in the Fond du Lac area as well as the flexibility it provides being a center hub of all the larger cities in Wisconsin. We are also often found camping, kayaking or enjoying time with friends and family. Go Dock Spiders!
Where do you see the Fond du Lac area in 5 years?
I think Fond du Lac will continue to add activities which provide increased quality entertainment to the area. I see Fond du Lac as a blooming town which will be rich in activities for all ages and diverse backgrounds. These actions will then spark more attraction to the area for young professionals.
What words of wisdom do you have for other young professionals working in Fond du Lac?
Be confident in what you do and take chances. The activities that scare us are the most rewarding when we succeed.
